Meghan Markle's names removed from Archie's birth certificate, here's why

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made a surprising move by quietly removing the Duchess of Sussex's first names from their son Archie's birth certificate, causing quite a stir. 




The change, which took place just 11 days after Archie's birth, replaced 'Rachel Meghan' with 'Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Sussex'. This unexpected alteration came amidst rumors of a growing rift between Harry, his brother William, and their partners. 




The decision to erase Meghan's first names from the birth certificate has been interpreted in various ways. Some see it as a deliberate snub to the Prince and Princess of Wales, as all three of their children have Kate's names on their birth certificates.
